Terms of service

1. Welcome

1.1. Together Price operates a platform that facilitates the sharing of certain online services between users by allowing them to set up and join groups to communicate, split the cost of subscribing to the online service and arrange payment, which we make available through our website www.togetherprice.com(the“ Together Price Service “).
1.2. The Together Price Service is operated by Together Price Limited (“ Together Price “, “ we “, “, our ,“, or “ us “).

2. Important warnings about sharing access to online services

2.1. When you offer to share access to an online service, you must check and ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions of that online service, including any restrictions on the number of individuals with which you can share access and your relationship with them (the “ Sharing Rules “).
2.2. We will ask you to confirm that you have read and comply with the Sharing Rules applicable to the online service you want to share or use before you can create or join a new group.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with the applicable Sharing Rules. We will not be responsible to you for any losses you might suffer if you are blocked from accessing any online service because you have not complied with the Sharing Rules or used the Together Price Service in a way that might breach the Sharing Rules.
2.4. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Together Price Service if we suspect that you are sharing access to an online service in breach of that service provider’s terms.
2.5. The Together Price Service implements automatic restrictions on sharing common services, such as Netflix and Spotify. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Together Price Service if you attempt to circumvent these restrictions.
2.6. We will need to conduct certain checks to verify your identity in order for you to use the payment features of the Together Price Service. We may refuse to provide you with all or the relevant features of the Together Price Service if we are unable to do this.

3. Your relationship with us

3.1. This document and any documents referred to within it (collectively, the “ Terms of Service“ ) set out the terms of your relationship with us. It is important that you read and understand the Terms of Service before using the Together Price Service.
3.2. By using and accessing the Together Price Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Together Price Service.

4. Information about us

4.1. Together Price Limited is a company registered in England with its registered address at 86 Jermyn Street, 5th Floor, London, United Kingdom, SW1Y 6AW.

5. Information about you

5.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and share information about you.

6. The Together Price Service

6.1. The Together Price Service is an online platform which allows users to search for and connect with other users in order to split the cost and to arrange payment for online services that offer group subscription plans.
6.2. We may, from time to time, provide social features on the Together Price Service, which enable you to message and share information about your use of the Together Price Service with other users. Any use of these social features should comply with our Rules of Acceptable Use below.

7. Accessing the Together Price Service

7.1. To access the Together Price Service, you must set up an account (your “ Account “). You can do this by:
7.1.1. entering your email address and creating a password for your Account. We encourage you to use “ strong ” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your Account; or
7.1.1. 7.1.2. logging in using your Facebook or Google account.
7.2. You must be 18 years or older and capable in your country of residence of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Together Price Service.

8. Your right to use the Together Price Service

8.1. The materials and content comprising the Together Price Service belong to us or our third party licensors, and we give you permission to use these materials and content for the sole purpose of using the Together Price Service in accordance with these Terms of Service.
8.2. Your right to use the Together Price Service is personal to you and you are not allowed to give this right to another person. Your right to use the Together Price Service does not stop us from giving other people the right to use the Together Price Service.
8.3. Unless allowed by these Terms of Service and as permitted by the functionality of the Together Price Service, you agree:
8.3.1. not to copy, or attempt to copy any portion of the Together Price Service;
8.3.2. not to give or sell or otherwise make available any portion of the Together Price Service to anybody else;
8.3.3. not to change, or attempt to change any portion of the Together Price Service in any way;
8.3.4. not to look for or access the code of any portion of the Together Price Service that we have not expressly published publicly for general use.
8.4. You agree that all confidential information, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Together Price Service belong to us or the people who have licenced those rights to us.
8.5. You agree that you have no rights in or to any portion of the Together Price Service other than the right to use it in accordance with these Terms of Service.

9. Creating a Sharing Group

9.1. When you set up a group to share access to your account on an online service (a “ Sharing Group “), you will need to identify the relevant online service (either by selecting it from a list of commonly shared services or by typing in the name of the service) and verify your mobile phone number using the validation code we provide to you by SMS. You will also need to:
9.1.1. enter a short description of the online service;
9.1.2. choose a profile picture for the Sharing Group (either by uploading a picture or choosing from one of the standard images on the Together Price Service);
9.1.3. select the number of people that can join the Sharing Group;
9.1.4. enter the amount you pay for your access to the online service (the “ Service Cost “);
9.1.5. identify the category of individuals that can become members of the Sharing Group;
  • Family ” (participants must be resident family members at the same address);
  • Domestic household (participants must reside at the same address)
  • Friends
  • Work colleagues
9.1.6. select whether the Sharing Group will be publicly searchable on the Together Price Service; and
9.1.7. confirm that you have read and agree to the Sharing Rules applicable to the online service.
9.2. You are responsible for ensuring that:
9.2.1. you are the account holder in respect of the online service and have all necessary rights to grant the members of the Sharing Group access to the online service;
9.2.2. the information you provide in accordance with paragraph 9.1 above is accurate and complies with the online service’s Sharing Rules.
9.3. You must not:
9.3.1. create a Sharing Group in relation to an online service that you have subscribed to on a trial basis;
9.3.2. create more than one Sharing Group in relation to the same online service;
9.3.3. attempt to make a profit from your use the Together Price Service, or otherwise use the Together Price Service for commercial purposes;
9.3.4. attempt to circumvent any restrictions on the Together Price Service on the information you can enter when creating a Sharing Group for a commonly shared service, including manually entering a name similar to a commonly shared service;
9.3.5. invite to join your Sharing Group, or accept requests to join your Sharing Group from any users that are not in the category of users with whom you are permitted to share access to the applicable online service in accordance with the applicable Sharing Rules;
9.3.6. invite to join your Sharing Group, or accept requests to join your Sharing Group from more users than are permitted to share access to the applicable online service in accordance with the applicable Sharing Rules; or
9.3.7. otherwise share access to an online service in breach of that service’s Sharing Rules.
9.4. We may monitor your activity on the Together Price Service to ensure that you comply with paragraphs 9.2 and 9.3. Failure to do so constitutes a serious breach of these Terms of Service, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
9.4.1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Together Price Service;
9.4.2. issuing of a warning to you;
9.4.3. legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
9.4.4. disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
9.5. The responses described in paragraph 9.4 are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
9.6. As a Group Admin User you can remove other users from your Sharing Group if:
9.6.1. they fail to make any payments;
9.6.2. behave in an offensive manner or submit content that contains nudity or violence or is abusive, threatening, obscene, misleading, untrue or offensive; or
9.6.3. otherwise breach our Rules of Acceptable Use below.
9.7. You can only, however, delete a Sharing Group if there are no other members of that Sharing Group, or if the period for which the Sharing Group was created has expired.

10. Joining a Sharing Group

10.1. You can join a Sharing Group by:
10.1.1. accepting an invite from the user that created the Sharing Group (a “ Group Admin User “);
10.1.2. searching public Sharing Groups and submitting a request to join a particular Sharing Group to the Group Admin User; or
10.1.3. searching for Sharing Groups created by your contacts on any social media account that you link to the Together Price Service and submitting a request to join a particular Sharing Group to the Group Admin User.
10.2. You will also need to confirm your relationship to the Group Admin User in order to join a Sharing Group. You must not misrepresent this relationship or attempt to:
10.2.1. join a Sharing Group that consists of users with whom you are not permitted to share access to the applicable online service in accordance with the applicable Sharing Rules;
10.2.2 circumvent any restrictions on the Together Price Service on the individuals with whom access to an online service may be shared; or
10.2.3. breach or otherwise facilitate any breach of an online service’s Sharing Rules.
10.3. We may monitor your activity on the Together Price Service to ensure that you comply with paragraph 10.2. Failure to do so constitutes a serious breach of these Terms of Service, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
10.3.1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Together Price Service;
10.3.2. issuing of a warning to you;
10.3.3. legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
10.3.4. disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
10.4. The responses described in paragraph 10.3 are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

11. Wallet

11.1. If you are a Group Admin User, any amounts paid to you by other members of your Sharing Group will be stored in a “ wallet ” which is linked to, and accessible through your Account (your “ Together Price Wallet “).
11.2. The Together Price Wallet is provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “ Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a User on Together Price, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Together Price enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Together Price accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Together Price to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

12. Fees and Payment

12.1. You do not need to pay us a fee to create an Account or to browse Sharing Groups. However, when you have found and joined a Sharing Group through the Together Price Service, we will charge you an administration fee for your use of the Together Price Service (the “ Admin Fee “) each time you make a payment towards the cost of an online service shared through the Together Price Service. If you are a Group Admin User, you will also be charged an administration fee each time you arrange to transfer an amount from your Together Price Wallet to your bank account or other payment method (the “ Transfer Fee “).
12.2. The Administration Fee will be calculated ( rates) based on the amount that members of the Sharing Group give to the User, who is the Group Admin, in relation to their use of the online service (the “ Shared Cost “). A Transfer Fee of £ 1,00 will be applied, whenever the user transfers a sum of money equal to less than £ 15,00 from his/her Together Price Wallet to his/her bank account or other payment method.
12.3. When you ask to join a Sharing Group, we will ask you to provide us with valid, up-to-date and complete credit or debit card details. By asking to join a Sharing Group, you authorise us to charge such credit or debit card for the relevant Admin Fee and the applicable Together Cost, and hereby confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method selected.
12.4. If we are unable to collect any payment from you, we may suspend your access to the Sharing Group or the Together Price Service until you make pay all amounts due. We may also terminate your right to use the Together Price Service if you consistently fail to make any payments.
12.5. You must therefore keep your payment details up to date [using the functionality on the Together Price Service at https://app.togetherprice.com/. We will also not be responsible to you if we are unable to credit your payment method with any Shared Costs where you have provided incorrect details or failed to keep them up to date.
12.6. Payment processing services for Users on Together Price are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “ Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a User on Together Price, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Together Price enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Together Price accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Together Price to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

13.Validation Period

13.1. In order to protect our users and to ensure that all Sharing Groups on Together Price Service are genuine; we will hold any Service Contributions for a period of 25 days (the “ Verification Period “) before releasing them to the User, who is the Group Admin.
13.2. The user may exercise the right to a refund of the Administrative fee within 14 days from the date of debit, but it will cease if he/she uses Together Price Service during this 14-day period. Together Price may, at its own discretion, grant extensions to this period for certain special cases and products.
13.3. The User understands that by using Together Price Service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, the contract becomes binding and fully signed. Consequently, the User expressly waives his/her right of withdrawal when using Together Price Service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
13.4 The administrative refund fee is issued through a non-cumulative, non-transferable or non-convertible to cash Voucher. It can be exclusively spent on TogetherPrice platform and it is applicable only to administrative fees.
13.4.1 The Voucher issued for administrative fees must be used within 1 year from date of issue. After this period, the Voucher shall expire and can no longer be used.
13.4.2 If the amount of the administrative fees is lower than the amount of the Voucher, the user shall not in any way accumulate or transfer the amount difference. In this case, the Voucher shall be deemed to have been used for the full amount.
13.5. If you have joined a Sharing Group, you may exercise your right to a refund of the Service Fee during the relevant Verification Period, using the applicable feature available on Together Price Service. The applicability and legitimacy of the right to a refund of the Service Fee remains at Together Price’s discretion, based on the information available.
13.6. The Service Contribution is refunded by crediting the amount to the payment method used during the transaction.

14.Verifying your identity

14.1. We may need to verify your identity in order for you to use certain features of the Together Price Service. This is known as “ Know Your Customer ” or “ KYC ”. In particular, we may need to do this if the transactions you undertake from your Together Price Wallet exceed certain thresholds.
14.2. We may ask you to provide certain information to help us verify your identity. You must ensure that any information you provide is accurate, as we will not be responsible to you if we are unable to verify your identity because of any errors or omissions in the information you have provided to us.
14.3. Your identity may be subject to verification including, but not limited to, validation against third party databases or the verification of one of more official government or legal documents that confirm your identity and your place of residence.
14.4. Some of the searches which we or a third party may perform, such as a credit check, may leave a soft footprint on your credit history. This will not affect your credit rating.
14.5. We may refuse to provide you with some or all of the Together Price Service if we are unable to verify your identity. We may also suspend your Account if you do not provide this information within 7 days after we ask you to do so.

15. Money laundering

15.1. We are committed to preventing money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering, financing terrorism or any other criminal activity. We may therefore, from time to time:
15.1.1. conduct enhanced or periodic identity checks where we suspect that any unlawful activity may have taken place, or as part of our ongoing risk management procedures;
15.1.2. monitor your use of the Together Price Service to identify any suspicious transactions, including unusual transaction sizes, volumes or patterns; and
15.1.3 report any suspicious activity to local regulators, enforcement bodies and other compliance bodies.
15.2. We may refuse to provide you with all or some of the Together Price Service if:
15.2.1. we are unable to complete any diligence checks on you;
15.2.2. we have previously identified you as an individual engaged in suspicious activity;
15.2.3. you are a politically exposed person, or are a family member or known close associate of a politically exposed person;
15.2.4. you are listed on a sanctions list in any of the jurisdictions in which we provide the Together Price Service; or
15.2.5. we otherwise identify you as an individual exposed to a high risk of money laundering or financing terrorism.
15.3. We may suspend or end the provision of any part of the Together Price Service to you at any time if we suspect that you are using the Together Price Service in an unlawful manner.

16. Your content

16.1. You confirm that any images, text or information that you upload to the Together Price Service, including any public comments that you make about a Sharing Group (collectively, your “ User Content “) will meet the Rules of Acceptable Use.
16.2. We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and ownership will remain with you and any third party whose content you include in your User Content. Instead, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, re-format, modify, publish, translate, license, sub-license and otherwise make available the User Content anywhere and in any form for the purposes of providing the Together Price Service (including allowing users that you give access to any User Content to view and use your User Content).
16.3. You must ensure that you are able to grant us the above licence for any content owned by a third party that you include in your User Content.
16.4. Our right to use your User Content does not in any way affect your privacy rights. Please see our Privacy Policy which provides information on how we use your personal information.
16.5. We have the right to monitor any User Content (including any messages you send to other users) and to reject, refuse or delete any User Content where we think that it breaks any of the Rules of Acceptable Use.

17. Rules of Acceptable Use

17.1. In addition to the other requirements within these Terms of Service, this section describes specific rules that apply to your use of the Together Price Service (the “ Rules of Acceptable Use “).
17.2. When using the Together Price Service you must not:
17.2.1. circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Together Price Service, or any restrictions that we put in place for setting up or joining Sharing Groups;
17.2.2. try to contact or arrange payment to another user in relation to a Sharing Group other than through the Together Price Service;
17.2.3. use the Together Price Service for commercial purposes, or accept any payment or commission in relation to your use of the Together Price Service other than as expressly permitted in these Terms of Service;
17.2.4. give any false or misleading information, impersonate any person or permit any other person to use the Together Price Service under your name or on your behalf unless such person is authorised by you;
17.2.5. breach, attempt to breach or facilitate a breach of any Sharing Rules;
17.2.6. use the Together Price Service if we have suspended or banned you from using it;
17.2.7. advocate, promote or engage in any illegal or unlawful conduct, including any criminal activity, fraud or money laundering, or conduct that causes damage or injury to any person or property;
17.2.8. promote or advertise any goods or services on the Together Price Service;
17.2.9. send any unsolicited marketing communications through the Together Price Service;
17.2.10. modify, interfere, intercept, disrupt or hack the Together Price Service;
17.2.11. misuse the Together Price Service by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which would harm the Together Price Service or any user of the Together Price Service’s own equipment;
17.2.12. collect any data from the Together Price Service other than in accordance with these Terms of Service;
17.2.13. submit or contribute any User Content that contains nudity or violence or is abusive, threatening, obscene, misleading, untrue or offensive;
17.2.14. submit or contribute any User Content that you do not own or have the right to use or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties;
17.2.15. use any User Content in violation of any licensing terms specified by the owner;
17.2.16. submit or contribute any information or commentary about another person without that person’s permission (including leaving a review of a user who is not the Group Admin User of your Sharing Group or, if you are a Group Admin User, a member of your Sharing Group);
17.2.17. threaten, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person; or
17.2.18. use any automated system, including without limitation “ robots ”, “ spiders ” or “ offline readers ” to access the Together Price Service in a manner that send more request messages to the Together Price Service than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
17.3. Failure to comply with the Rules of Acceptable Use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms of Service, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
17.3.1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Together Price Service;
17.3.2. issuing of a warning to you;
17.3.3. legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
17.3.4. disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
17.4. The responses described in paragraph 16.3 are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

18. Notice and takedown policy

18.1. Any person may contact us by sending us a notice (an “ Infringement Notice “) if any content available through the Together Price Service infringes their rights. The Infringement Notice should be sent by email to support@togetherprice.com. Please provide the following information in the Infringement Notice:
18.1.1. your name and contact details;
18.1.2. a statement explaining in sufficient detail why you consider that the content available through the Together Price Service infringes your rights or fails to comply with our Rules of Acceptable Use; and
18.1.3. a link to or such other means of identifying the problematic content.
18.2. We will take the action that we believe is appropriate depending on the nature of the Infringement Notice and will aim to respond to you within a reasonable period of time on the action we propose to take.

19. Ending our relationship

19.1. If at any time you do not feel that you can agree to these Terms of Service or any changes made to the Terms of Service or the Together Price Service, you must immediately stop using the Together Price Service.
19.2. You must notify us if you wish to close your Account by contacting us at support@togetherprice.com, and we will end your use of the Together Price Service.
19.3. We may immediately end your use of the Together Price Service if you break the Rules of Acceptable Use, any other important rule(s), or terms and conditions we set for accessing and using the Together Price Service including these Terms of Service.
19.4. We may limit the functionalities of the Together Price Service available to you, suspend your use of the Together Price Service or end your use of the Together Price Service if you have received at least three reviews from other users on the Together Price Service and your average review score is not greater than 3 out of 5.
19.5. We may also withdraw the Together Price Service as long as we give you reasonable notice that we plan to do this.
19.6. If you or we end your use of the Together Price Service or we withdraw the Together Price Service as described in this section, we may delete your User Content, any other information that you have uploaded to the Together Price Service or any other information we hold about you. You will also lose any rights you have to use the Together Price Service or to access our content or your User Content. You should therefore ensure that you keep a copy of any information or content you use on the Together Price Service, as well as your User Content, as we will not offer you compensation for any losses you might suffer if you lose your rights to access and use the Together Price Service or any such information, content or User Content.
19.7. The termination of your use of the Together Price Service and the cancellation of your Account shall not affect any of your obligations to pay any sums due to us.
19.8. Nothing in this clause 18 affects any legal rights you may have under the law of the country in which you are resident.

20. Our liability/responsibility to you

20.1. While we do our best to ensure that the features and functionalities of the Together Price Service are of a reasonably satisfactory standard, certain features may rely on networks and connections that are beyond our control. Some of the information provided to you on the Together Price Service may also contain content owned or developed by third parties. As we do not own or produce such third party content, we cannot be responsible for it in any way.
20.2. We will also not be responsible to you in respect of the performance of, or content made available on any online service that you access, or in respect of any problems you experience accessing the online service, including as a result of:
20.2.1.anything that you or another user has done (such as failing to pay any subscription fees or breaching the Sharing Rules);
20.2.2. the unavailability of the online service; or
20.2.3. the online service otherwise suspending or ending a Group Admin User’s access for any reason.
20.3. In addition, due to the nature of the Internet and technology, the Together Price Service is provided on an “ as available ” and “ as is ” basis. This means that we are unable to promise that your use of the Together Price Service will be uninterrupted, without delays, error-free or meet your expectations and we do not give any commitment relating to the performance or availability of the Together Price Service in these Terms of Service and, to the extent we are able to do so, we exclude any commitments that may be implied by law.
20.4. In the event of a claim arising out of the provision of the Together Price Service, our responsibility to you will never be more than the Admin Fees you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim arising and, in the event that you have not paid us any money, we shall have no responsibility whatsoever to you.
20.5. In every case, we will never be responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that is caused by a failure by you to comply with these Terms of Service.
20.6. The above does not affect your rights under the applicable law of the country in which you are resident, including our responsibility to you for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

21. Resolving disputes

21.1. If you have a dispute with us relating to the Together Price Service, in the first instance please contact us at support@togetherprice.com and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally.
21.2. In the unlikely event that we have not been able to resolve a dispute informally, we will discuss and agree with you the most effective way of resolving our dispute.

22. Changes to the Together Price Service

22.1. We are constantly updating and improving the Together Price Service to try and find ways to provide you with new and innovative features and services. Improvements and updates are also made to reflect changing technologies, tastes, behaviours and the way people use the Internet and the Together Price Service.
22.2. In order to do this, we may need to update, reset, stop offering and/or supporting a particular part of the Together Price Service, or feature relating to the Together Price Service (“ changes to the Together Price Service “). These changes to the Together Price Service may affect your past activities on the Together Price Service, certain features that you use, your User Content and any other information you submit to the Together Price Service (“ Service Elements “). Any changes to the Together Price Service could involve your Service Elements being deleted or reset.
22.3. You agree that a key characteristic of the Together Price Service is that changes to the Together Price Service will take place over time and this is an important basis on which we grant you access to the Together Price Service. Once we have made changes to the Together Price Service, your continued use of the Together Price Service will show that you have accepted any changes to the Together Price Service. You are always free to stop using the Together Price Service.

23. Changes to the documents

23.1. We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time but the most current version will always be at this link.
23.2. Changes will usually occur because of new features being added to the Together Price Service, changes in the law or where we need to clarify our position on something.
23.3. Normally, we will try to give you some warning before the new terms become effective. However, sometimes changes will need to be made immediately and if this happens we will not give you any notice.

24. Documents that apply to our relationship with you

24.1. The current version of the Terms of Service contains the only terms and conditions that apply to our relationship with you.
24.2. We intend to rely on these Terms of Service as setting out the written terms of our agreement with you for the provision of the Together Price Service. If part of the Terms of Service cannot be enforced then the remainder of the Terms of Service will still apply to our relationship.
24.3. If you do not comply with these Terms of Service and we do not take action immediately, this does not mean we have given up any right we have and we may still take action in the future.

25. Severability

25.1. If any provision of these Terms of Service is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions.

26. Law

26.1. English law will apply to all disputes and the interpretation of these Terms of Service. The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Together Price Service. This does not, however, affect your rights under the law of the country in which you are resident, including (where applicable) your right to have a dispute in relation to your use of the Together Price Service heard in the courts of that country.
