1 – General information

What is Together Price?
Together Price is the group payment system that allows you to save up to 80% of the cost of multi-account digital products and services by sharing the expense with your friends, family, roommates and work colleagues. Together Price is an innovative platform that offers you in a single channel:
  • An internal chat to communicate with other group members
  • A digital wallet where you can collect the odds
  • A credentials management system with TPassword
  • A trusted network based on a level of reliability which, thanks to personal checks and behavior within the platform, is able to measure the credibility of a user
How does Together Price Work?

You can use Together Price in two ways: as an admin if you open a sharing proposal by making a service or product available to others, or as a joiner, if you share the subscription of someone else.

Is registration free?

Yes, creating a Together Price account is totally free.

How do I register to Together Price?

You can create a Together Price account and start using it in three ways:

  • Using your email address
  • Using your Facebook account
  • Using your Google Account

If you choose to sign up with your email address, you will simply have to follow the indicated steps: enter the email, choose a password and you’re done!

The “Login with Facebook” option allows you to sign up with a single click. Once you are registered, we invite you to complete your profile to allow you to correctly use the platform.

The same procedure must be followed with regard to the “Log in with Google” section.
The name and surname associated with your Together Price account cannot be a nickname or a fictitious name but must be consistent with the name and surname on your identity document. Otherwise, you will not be able to transfer the funds accumulated on your Wallet. It is also important for registration to verify the mobile number and insert the profile photo. Together Price will not disclose your personal data to third party companies.

In any case, to confirm your registration, we ask you to accept our Terms and Conditions.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you forgot your password, please follow a simple procedure to recover it.
Enter the email address with which you signed up for Together Price here (https://app.togetherprice.com/forgot-password)
Click on “Request instructions”
You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to choose and confirm a new password. We advise you to choose one that you can later remember easily!

2 – Admin

How do I create a group as an Admin?

To share the cost of your subscription with others using Together Price:

  1. Click on “Create group”
  2. Choose the category of your subscription
  3. Choose the service in the list (if you can’t find it you can click on “custom”)
  4. Enter the service information, name, data, number of available slots and total price.
  5. Once the group is created, it will be available on the Network and searchable by your friends, roommates, family members or work colleagues who will send you their request to participate. You will simply have to accept them and start receiving their part of the bill immediately!
What do I need to become an admin?

To become an admin you need to have a multi-account subscription (eg Netflix Premium, Spotify Family, and many others). If you are from USA you will need a Routing Number or an Account Number to transfer the credit you will receive on the Wallet. If you are from UK, you can use a Sort Code or an Account Number.

N.B: we remind you that it is essential to own the subscription BEFORE the creation of the sharing group on Together Price!

How much does Together Price cost for an Admin?

Together Price offers you its service for free, there are no costs applied for the management of a sharing group and it will be for you like collecting money by hand, but with the advantage of having a service that automates the payments of your joiners every month. You will not have to do anything and will promptly receive the money on your Wallet.

Who can I share my subscription with?

Before starting to share, check the Terms and Conditions of the service or product you want to share and make sure that they allow sharing and the relational context in which sharing is allowed.

For this reason, on Together Price you will find 4 different categories which are the 4 possible relational areas required: family, household, friends and work team.

For example, some services allow sharing only with members of the same household, others only with members of the same family, others only with work colleagues.

Once the sharing requirements have been defined, you can create your group and choose whether to make it public or private. In the first case, you will receive requests from users who see your post on the Network of Together Price. These requests will be accepted automatically if they meet the requirements. If your group is private, then the group is hidden and visible only by those who receive the invitation link directly from you.

Why a new joiner automatically joined my group?

The joiner who joined your sharing group has self-certified that he or she is eligible to do so. In case you don’t agree, our system allows you to eliminate the joiner from the group.

What to do if a Joiner doesn’t want to be part of a group anymore?

If a joiner decides to leave your sharing group, he or she can notify you within 5 days before the automated renewal via the chat on Together Price. To better organize the group, always ask the joiner in chat to notify you in time.

How do I close a group I have created?

Before closing a sharing group you must notify your Joiners using the private on Together Price and that you do not intend to continue sharing.
To delete a sharing group:

  • Log in to Together Price
  • Click on “My Groups”
  • Click on “Made by me”
  • Click on the “Settings” icon
  • Click on “Close Group”

The group will be suspended and you will have to grant access to the shared service until the closing date, which corresponds to the expiry of the last payment you received.

3 – Features

What is TPassword?

Active only for Netflix, Spotify, NowTV and Disney+ groups.

To keep your digital services details safe, we created a proprietary software where you can store them. It’s a virtual safe space that you can access once you’ve created your sharing group.

To start using TPassword follow the following steps:

  1. Click on “My Groups”
  2. Click on “Created”

    Click on the sharing group that you’re interested in

    Click on TPassword to start saving your service credentials

    Enter the credentials you use to access the service you’re sharing

    Click on “Save in TPassword”

Don’t forget the credentials you enter have to be correct: the first joiner who sees them can verify their validity. If the credentials you saved are verified as incorrect, a red key icon will appear next to your group in the network, meaning that the provided credentials don’t guarantee access to the service. On the other hand, if the verification goes well, the sharing group will be visible on the network with a green key icon.

How can I edit the credentials I saved in TPassword?

It’s very easy to edit the service credentials:

  1. Click on “TPassword Service”
  2. Edit the fields by entering new credentials
  3. Click on the “Update Credentials” button to save them

4 – The Wallet

What is the Wallet?

The Wallet the section of Together Price where you can keep track of your payments, both sent and received. Here you will see when you are able to withdraw your funds.

How can I withdraw money from my Wallet?

To transfer the funds collected in your Wallet:

  • Click on your profile image,
  • Select “Wallet” and then click on the button “Withdraw”. 
  • If you haven’t yet, complete the account verification process. 

To verify your account:

  • Visit your Wallet and click on “Withdraw”.
  • Enter the Routing Number or Account Number if you are using Together Price USA. 
  • Enter the Sort Code or Account Number if you are using Together Price UK. 
  • Provide the documents and details required.
Why do I need to provide an identity document to withdraw my money?

In order to increase the security of our payment system and reduce frauds, we follow international requirements for online payments authentication.

The validation of the document requires uploading an identity document and it is mandatory to transfer your funds from the Wallet to your personal bank account.

How can I enter a payment method to send my payments?

To save or edit the card:

  • click on your profile icon
  • click on “Wallet”
  • click on “Credit Card”
  • enter all required fields
  • confirm by clicking on “Associate Card”

5 – Joiner

Deleting a payment method
  • click on your profile icon
  • click on “Wallet”
  • click on “Credit Card”
  • confirm by clicking on “Dissociate Card”

We remind you that to dissociate your card, you don’t have to participate in any sharing.

6 – Services and Security

What is the validation period?

The validation period is a protection established by Together Price to grand the joiner a warranty of full refund in case of problems.

As admin you can view the amount received on your Wallet in real time, but you can only have it available after 25 days. This is a validation time needed to protect the joiner.

As a joiner, you have 25 days from the moment you send the fee to request a refund of the fee you sent only if the admin has compromised access to the shared service.

How can I request a refund??

You can request a refund within 25 days of sending the fee.

To request a refund, follow the procedure below:

  • Click on your profile icon
  • Click on “Wallet”
  • Click on “Refunds”
  • Click on “Available”
  • Request a refund for the fee you wish to contest
  • Follow the procedure

We remind you that the refund MUST contain a reason. Be as accurate as possible describing your situation.

A refund is accepted if it falls into one of the following cases:

  • Inability to access the service due to technical problems
  • Failure to communicate by the admin
  • The shared subscription has expired

Refund requests are declined in the following cases:

  • The joiner did not respect the Terms of Use of the shared service
  • The joiner requests a refund before 24 hours have passed since the sending of the payment
  • Personal reasons of the joiner that do not depend on the admin
  • The joiner is no longer interested in shared service

Refund requests are accepted or unquestionably declined by the Together Price support team, which within 5 working days verifies the reasons behind the dispute.

Can I cancel a refund request?

You can always cancel a refund request before it is processed.
Follow these steps:

  • Go to the Wallet
  • Click on Refunds
  • Go to the “Waiting” section
  • Click on “Cancel request”
Where do I receive the refund?

If the refund request is accepted, you will receive a refund on the payment method you used for the payment. The transaction costs of Together Price will be credited to your Wallet. You will be able to use them for your next transaction.

If a user has invited me to join his network of contacts, what should I do?

Together Price is a social network and allows you to get in touch with other users of the community. To increase contacts and improve relationships with other users, increase your level of reliability. If you have a high enough level, you are considered reliable within the platform and for this reason other users may have the pleasure of having you on their network. For this reason you have received a request to join someone’s network.

To accept an invitation, follow these steps:

  • Log in to Together Price
  • Click on the notifications icon at the top right
  • Click on “Requests”
  • Click on “Accept” to be part of it or otherwise delete the request with the “Decline” button
Sharing is legal?

Yes. The digital services market offers a wide variety of multi-user or multi-license plans. They are plans that, while being more expensive than basic plans, offer users a wider range of features which can be shared among multiple users, provided the terms and conditions for the use of each specific digital service are respected.

Together Price offers users a platform to make collecting the shared costs easier.

What is the Trust Level?

Through a data monitoring system, Together Price checks the reliability of every user in our community by assigning them a Trust level. This value increases with time based on three factors: your profile, your missions and your achievements

Missions are actions you can directly carry out to increase your Trust level (for example by verifying your email, by verifying your social network accounts, by providing more information on your profile).

Achievements are reached passively by respecting the terms and conditions on the platform and by being a loyal member of our community.

How does Together Price keep its platform safe and secure online?

The whole platform and its transactions are controlled in a safe environment which follows the SSL security certification. All users receive a reliability score (Trust) based on their behaviour on the platform. We use a payment system from BNL-BNP Paribas with anti-fraud protection that detects and reports unusual activity in real time.

How do I delete my Together Price account?

We are sorry to see you go! We’re here to listen to you and improve our platform together. Please contact us to give us feedback and suggestions!

Here’s how to delete the account:

  1. Log in to Together Price
  2. Click on your profile image then select “Account”
  3. Click on “Application”
  4. Click on “Delete Account”
  5. Click on “Confirm”

Before deleting your account make sure that you’ve closed all the groups you created and exited all the groups you joined. Finally, make sure you that don’t have any money left in your Wallet.
