How Dropbox Family works
Every member has their own Dropbox account and their own private folders, plus a Family Room folder that everyone can see. Dropbox sets the total storage and the number of members, and can change them.
Monthly or annual
The annual plan is billed once a year and usually costs less per month, while the monthly plan is more flexible. Both appear in the table with total cost and per-person shares so you can compare them properly.
