2. How Much Does an OS Maps Membership Cost?

An Ordnance Survey subscription starts at £4.99 per month. Users can also choose for an annual subscription which costs £28.99 per year. Both the monthly and annual subscription automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.

A 12 month gift membership costs £39.99 per year and can be gifted to your loved ones. The subscription is valid for a year after the activation date, not the purchase date, however, you should note that there is an activation expiry date on the back of the gift card after which the subscription cannot be redeemed. For a physical gift card there is free UK delivery with standard UK delivery options.

Group subscriptions are also available on OS maps. These allow multiple users to access the same maps on their devices. Seamless sync activity allows a group leader to share the map with, for instance a hiking group. The group subscription removes the personal use term and is intended to be used by charitable or not for profit groups.

Cancelling Your Subscription:

If you no longer want access to detailed leisure mapping, explorer and landranger mapping, you can choose to cancel your OS maps membership at any point. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Which Devices Can You Use The OS Maps App On?
